New Client Intake Process

  1. Parent emails or calls PossAbilities.
  2. If requested, we schedule a 15-20 minute initial tour – no charge.
  3. We email intake forms to the parent, who brings the completed forms to the first appointment or emails them back.
  4. If the parent requests, we check insurance benefits.
  5. Payment method is determined (private pay, insurance, etc.)
  6. We determine and schedule the type of evaluation.
  7. We schedule a second session to review evaluation results, discuss recommendations and start the goal-setting process.

Insurance

  • We are a contracted in-network provider for Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cerner Corporation and Freedom Network.
  • We frequently submit claims for United Healthcare, Cigna, Humana and Tricare. We also have a multiplan agreement (discounted rates) for several out-of-network providers.
